Aaron Richards

Director of Museum Development

I am a local nonprofit consultant with a background in social work and organizational development. After finishing my undergraduate degree at Elon University in Political Science and Nonviolence Studies, I received my MA in Peace and Conflict Management Studies from the University of Haifa.

I assisted in the development of the YaLa Young Leaders Program, an initiative of the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation in Tel Aviv, Israel. Before moving to Atlantic City, I worked with organizations addressing housing and food insecurity in both Detroit and Philadelphia.
